The following calendars show current availability for our Villa during 2009 and 2010. 

PLEASE NOTE:

Pool heating is available at an additional cost & can be purchased at time of booking or on arrival in Florida.  This is recommended from mid-October through to March.

Bookings less than 5 nights incur a separate villa cleaning charge of £50/$85.

A deposit of £100/$200 per week (or part thereof) is required for each booking.  Please refer to our Terms & conditions
