The cost of rental is guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit down payment.

                                                                   

2. Booking and Payment           

i) Deposit; confirmation of reservation:

A deposit of £100/$200 per week (or part week) of rental is required, together with completed booking form.

ii) Payment of the Balance:

Balance of rental is due 2 calendar months prior to commencement of the rental period.  We reserve the right to treat a booking as cancelled

 if  the balance is not received by the due date.  In the event of a cheque not being honoured, we reserve the right to charge an additional £10/$20

for costs.

iii) How to pay:

Payment can be made by wire fund transfer into our bank or by postal cheque.  Details to be provided on verification of booking.

                                                                   

3. Cancellation

All deposits are non-returnable and cancellation will result in forfeit.  Cancellations that occur after balance payment received may result in

the full payment being forfeited.  The owners will attempt to re-book the villa for the rental period and will refund the balance if appropriate.

 

4. Alterations to Confirmed Bookings

We will do all we can to help but cannot guarantee to meet all such requests.

 

5. Rental Period

This begins at 4pm on the day of arrival and ends at l0am on the day of departure. Failure to comply may result in an additional charge.

 

6. Security Deposit

You will be required to provide a Security Deposit, by paying £150/$300 for each rented villa with your full payment, to be held as surety

 against loss or damage caused by any member(s) of your party.  This is fully refundable after the property is vacated and post rental

inspection carried out. 

 

7. Sub-Letting

The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking form and no other person is permitted to stay there.

 

8. Safety

We cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for injury/ damage when using the pool/surrounding area.  Guests are specifically

requested not to allow unsupervised children to use the pool.  It is recommended that the pool safety fence is used at all times for parties

with young children.

 

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for loss or delay caused by any of the following: strikes, industrial dispute, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or

threat of war, terrorist activity, fire, flood, technical/weather problems with transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airports or

ports, weather conditions or any event beyond the owners' or their agents control.

 

10. Smoking and Pets

For the comfort of our guests, we do not permit smoking or pets in any of our villa.
